This is a Whirlpool french door bottom mount refrigerator. It needed a new water filter so I ordered one on line. My husband replaced it and later the motor of the frig started making an awfully loud noise. We came in to find the kitchen flooded and water all in the frig. The filter he put i was leaking. We turned off the frig cleaned out the water and put the old filter back in. Plugged the frig back in and the noise was still incredible. This happened at 11pm last night and we were afraid to leave the frig on so it is unplugged and I need emergency service.
