SUPERIOR CONSTRUCTION INC

This Man is a dishonest, thief that does unethical and very much illegal work, I worked for him for a day and I want to inform you of unethical workmanship of Pat from Superior Construction. I worked at 8094 201st street Lakeville for Pat and he told me not to use shims in any of my doors and windows as well as using broken and damaged material just to finish the project. I decided to not work with him because of these ethical issues and he is now refusing to pay me. I will file a small claims against him, and I wanted to inform you of this crime and to try to stop him from ruining customers new homes that they worked hard to afford. This man is dishonest and is doing horrible work just to make more money. I was looking for an opportunity to work and grow, not to be robbed and do immoral, illegal work. You obviously have no idea what this person is capable of. How could I have ghost him when I have email and picture evidence with him texting me “I WILL CONSIDER YESTERDAY A WORK INTERVIEW”. I never even heard somebody say this! Let alone somebody who has they’re own business and supposed to be doing good business, this is certainly not the case. The records are also within the states Department Of Labor you can check with them and see if this really happened. It wasn’t until they made him pay me that he would pay me half as much as he said and for two less hours. And he even tried to say that I didn’t fill out the The W-4 form properly and wanted to send it back until the Department Of Labor said just send it because it was the right thing to do. It’s sad when an old grandpa needs to be told what the right thing is to do. I would surely not have this person working on my house, I worked for CCC for eight years and was foreman. I was never critiqued for quality when I left. You don’t do this to people! I will never stop, and I hope everyone else that’s been screwed over by this horrible person doesn’t as well. He should really think about his son and his family before he does this to people. Isn’t he like over 50? Why does he need to steal? Does he feel it’s right to cut corners in brand new homes and screw the homeowners? He has no honor and a disgrace as a father and a tradesman!
