My experience with Ark Builders was positive and completed in four weeks. The kitchen design was wonderful, the debris was removed each night, walls were removed, and Ark Builders obtained the building permit so I didn't need to deal with city hall.

I used Ark for a significant remodeling and construction project on my home. I couldn't have been more pleased with their quality of work, timeliness and knowledge. They provided suggestions on alternatives that greatly improved the look of the final product. There was continuous communication at all steps in the process, and the fit and finish was outstanding. We received many compliments on our home when all was said and done...all thanks to Ark!! I highly recommend them!

Walter has done several jobs for our family. We've done room renovations, garage conversions and 2 bathrooms. Every job was completed on schedule and right on budget. Walter and his guys show up everyday on time. He does not run several jobs at once like some other contractors. He is hands on. Walter also has our complete trust. For many of the jobs, he was at our house while my wife and I were at work. We've even given him the key to do work if we are away. He is also very tidy. They keep the house as clean as possible while doing the work. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend.

Ark Building & Remodeling built my 1200 sq. ft. multi-tiered deck with the latest decking technology. Custom wide steps double as additional seating area for large crowds and get togethers. It looks great. Never an issue, and little to no annual maintenance. I would highly recommend them for your next addition, remodel or deck!
