Gentle Touch Home Remodeling LLC

Don’t trust this company or the “owner” Joe Velotti. I contracted Gentle Touch Home Remodeling in July 2017 to frame out an outdoor recreation addition; in short, the owner took my deposit and never did any work; never returned my family’s deposit. I am in the process of two lawsuits against this company and theft charges have been filed in my town against the owner.

We had three bedrooms and a bathroom that was suppose to be completed , he lied about when the permits where filed . Never came when he was suppose to , his workers stole things from my home . Started a project and it was done wrong that his other worker came in and had to do it over again . Did what he wanted to do to your home and not what you wanted . Cursed me and my husband . He never would follow up with his workers that one of his workers set my lawn on fire and he never new about it , that I had to call him and let him know that I had fire trucks at my house . Had ordered a shower pan without going over the shower before it was ordered and then asked him we need to go over the shower he stated I already ordered the shower pan and I'm not changing it , that's not what you tell a customer . He owes the electrician money and plumber that was doing my job and they aren't finishing the job . Now I have to hire other contractor to finish it and this job started in March .
