During this busy season I decided to gut and remodel our main bathroom. I hired Chris, owner of CWB Construction (206-579-1253) and couldn't be happier. The results are beautiful as expected but it was the "other things" that made me feel like shouting out a referral. He ALWAYS returned my text in a timely manner or answered my call, answered any questions I had in a way that didn't make me feel stupid when I had to make a decision, he just gave me a factual answer, cleaned up EVERYDAY putting his tools etc in a small space in my garage, hosing down my driveway when doing tile cutting, vacuuming inside where he worked and completed the job on time as promised. I was also impressed with the attention to detail he showed, like when he put up the back board for tile and had to take it back off when the level showed my original framing 2x4 in the wall needed to be shaved to make the tile lay level. I'm pretty sure that could have been hidden with caulking etc.. Anyway, great guy and if you need anything done around your home, please consider him for a consultation. After talking with him, I don't think there is anything outside his wheelhouse and he travels. ;)
