I've been in the construction industry In Washington State for nearly 30 years. I started off in residential Carpentry then moved to commercial work as a Union Carpenter. I then went to work for the Bellevue School District as a Carpenter/Glazier. After working in their maintenance dept. for 13 years, I moved on to King County Housing Authority as a Maintenance Mechanic. I then decided I wanted into home inspections. After being certified, I realized I'd rather do the repairs instead of the inspecting. I also do Retail / Commercial building repairs. Currently some of my customers include : Tuesday Morning stores, Sonobello , Earl's restaurant , Aerosoles , AIM consulting office, Washington State Board for Community & Technical Colleges Building - Bellevue , among others My skills include, but, are not limited to : carpentry, painting, basic electrical, basic plumbing, minor furniture repair, door hardware installation, door adjusting, etc. In addition to my knowledge, I bring honesty & integrity, my clients know they can leave me alone in thier house & the work will get done.
