All Star Clean Up

I really don't like writing bad reviews. Honestly. I'm not one of the sadists on yelp who get off on putting others down. But honestly I can't recommend this business to anyone right now. Our fence has been an absolute fiasco. The initial install was delayed for weeks due to various staffing and scheduling issues. Look, I get it. We're in a pandemic. I was completely understanding with the initial delays. It happens. When the fence was finally installed on November 13th, I noticed in the photos sent by the owner that there was already a leaning post. I confirmed when I returned from work, and noticed the boards were already warping, not even a week after install. After some email tag, and getting an email with my project confused with someone else's, saying the problem has been fixed, I was able to get someone back out to the house. Although honestly I wish I hadn't. The guy who came out started to replace the boards, and then just... stopped. Mind you, the entire reason I had the fence installed was to keep our dogs in the yard. Now our husky easily fits through the gaps, so. Awesome. And that was December 4th. It is now almost 2021. I've emailed 3 times, called once, and was told "someone will be out tomorrow or wednesday." That was the 14th or 16th. Its 3 days from New Years. I'm happy to update this review if the fence is fixed, but its extremely annoying that I've paid over six thousand dollars for this inconvenience.
