About the Builder: Eric Deglau has been a home builder since 1996. He founded Keystone Development Corporation in 2001 with the goal of bringing people, their dreams and their lifestyle together. Eric has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia where he was an All-American Swimmer. As an engineer, Eric enjoys creating high quality, well planned spaces in the most efficient and cost effective way. His training and success as an elite swimmer have given him the discipline, commitment and work ethic necessary to excel in today's competitive market. Personal interaction, however, is what he enjoys most. Eric meets with every potential client at all preconstruction meetings and throughout the duration of every project.
