CORDELL CONSTRUCTION

A lot of times, people only write reviews for bad service or work that was poorly done, so I thought I'd take the time to recognize some excellent work. I was beyond impressed with Cordell Construction. After we had a lot of trouble with another contractor doing our kitchen, we knew we had to find someone different for our bathroom. We had at least 4 different contractors come over to check out the job and give us quotes. Cordell actually came in at the best price. On top of that, he really worked with us to get it within our budget. With a baby on the way and limited funds, his flexibility was MUCH appreciated. Not one of the other contractors was willing to work with us in that way. I figured that since he was so great budget-wise and with such a great personality, he'd be difficult once the work got started. I was definitely wrong! He was beyond professional and stayed on top of every subcontractor to make sure they got their work done on schedule--unheard of in the industry! They actually finished our bathroom on schedule! If not a few hours early! I could not believe it! So, not only did he deal with my crazy pregnant brain and the pressure we put on him, but he finished on time and with a smile. Oh, and I can't forget to mention--he also finished within budget. I would definitely hire them again, and hopefully we have a chance to. He was such a pleasure to work with and I really do trust him. I will also be referring him to all my family and friends. He's just a great guy all around and his work was way better than we could have hoped for. I'd say we got more than expected for the money we paid.

From the beginning to the end, Cordell Construction did what they said they were going to do. They did a complete remodel of our condominium, and the communication was good, the quality of work was good, they left the job clean which not many contractors do. Everything got done the way we wanted!

I have worked with many contractors over the course of my Interior Design career and found Cordell to be the very best! I was impressed with the emails connecting myself and clients to a update on timelines and happenings in the remodel phase. It allowed great communication and gave us opportunities for our on site job walks to cover much needed details for a quality finish project. I will always highly recommend to my clients, friends and family.
