Your participation also reinforces our reports, which are computer-generated with color photographs and problem areas are highlighted throughout. Our reports are emailed or you can access them from our website. Additionally, you are provided with an informative “How to Operate Your Home” book at the inspection. Our help does not end with the inspection; HomeSpec, LLC welcomes your complementary phone calls after the inspection. We request at least 24-48 hours’ advance notice, but will accommodate emergencies.
