Do not let Dial A Sewer Man in your house under any circumstances! Lenny is a crook and he has had other business aliases, presumably because he has been discovered as a fraud. My sewer line insurance company dispatched him to my home after a sewer line backup and instead of snaking the line, he told me that the whole line needs to be replaced for $13,000 and that insurance won't cover it. I was suspicious and an honest company snaked out my line and said it was fine. This guy belongs in jail.
