I asked for weeks for a quote for a few projects needed. Always said "I'll get it to you tomorrow", "Working on it now", "I'm a good contractor, but don't do so good with all of the paperwork!". At that point I was DONE trying. If you don't have time or want to put in a quote, just say so!!
