The above house is mine. I was excited about the owner of this company knowledgement about the seeding of my yard, as you can see the yard looks beautiful.Within weeks it all died (looks awful). When I went back to the owner he said we need to hydro seed again this time we needed to pay half the cost as before. I had many conversation with this owner on the lack of progress and it finally came down to his acknowledgement that my yard was the first that he has done with this product. As of today my yard is one big dirt hole. We had to hire a professional landscaper to redo what was guaranteed to have been done by KD Home Services.
