Lyvayko Bathroom Systems

Michael and his family remodeled our master bathroom in our downtown high rise condo. We could not be more pleased with the work they did. Throughout the remodel Michael was always professional, on time, and available for questions. Similarly, his workers were just as punctual and conscientious. They spent extra time placing protective paper, matts and plastic on the surrounding walls and floors to minimize the impact of the remodel. All the Lyvayko technicians worked tirelessly from the time they arrived until early evening, their efforts enabling the job to be finished quickly (about 2.5 weeks for a full bathroom remodel). The Lyvayko operation is truly a family owned business, many of the workers are related, and they treated us like family too. On the technical side, Michael and his workers were top notch as well. The Lyvayko staff are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the latest renovation practices. Michael senior and his brother Jacob did the tile work for our shower, and they were truly artisans and perfectionists. Their work looks better than I imagined. The project went flawlessly until we ran into a slight hiccup with a toilet install at the very end. Michael then took his own time to personally resolve the issue. The new bathroom looks modern, stylish and is more functional. Lastly, renovations in high rise condos are notoriously difficult- from parking, to transporting tools and materials, working within HOA guidelines...Michael was ready for this, knew how to handle the challenges that presented, and was always patient and compliant in jumping through some of the HOA hoops. After multiple experiences with bad contractors, it was truly a pleasure working with Michael and his staff. I highly recommend them!

We chose Lyvayko for our bath remodel as we like to support local businesses. We are so glad we did. Michael was exetremely responsive to our questions and ideas. We decided on quartz slabs for our shower and vanity tops. Vasiliy and Vitaliy were awesome, prompt and paid great attention to details; their expertise shining through in results. Michael and his team were awesome! Our new bathroom and shower looks like something from a luxury hotel. His team was incredibly polite and on time and did top quality work, met our every wish, tearing out the old prefab shower, moving the plumbing, building out the shower base, tiling everything with intricate cuts, redoing our vanity slab, hanging our hardware. I highly recommend them; we are definitely using them to remodel our guest bathroom next.

Exceptional customer service and expert work with our master bath remodel! Michael is very easy to work with, answers all our questions and concerns. He is honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy and reasonably priced. We felt like he had our best interest in mind. The shower door contractor who works with him says that we are "in good hands with Lyvayko unlike other contractors he has worked with. They are good people."
