My wife Karla and I (Chad) Hiltner both truly have a passion for homes. I grew up in St. Cloud/ Sauk Rapids/ Sartell area and live in Sauk Rapids now. My dad, uncles, and grandfather all built homes and did remodeling so I was around it my whole life. Because I was around the construction industry so much I became bored with what I saw, and my wife and I wanted to do something about that so we created our small family-owned company in February of 2017. If you see value in uniqueness, interesting, and sometimes almost strange we might be a good fit. The trades, in general, have been undervalued for some time now and we've found the people that I feel are the best in their trade to work with us to transform your space.
