This will probably be a multi-stage project, but I'm concerned with 'structural' repairs vs cosmetic to start. Several areas of exterior fascia is rotten, so it would need to be removed, replaced, and painted, inspection of underlying structure / framing and repair, if necessary. Several ceilings need to be re-drywalled, taped, mudded, painted, crown moulding reinstalled / replaced. Insulation in attic above these ceilings replaced. Termite damage under kitchen floor. Would like to talk about having the electrical upgraded from fuses to breakers, possibly rewiring the house. Would also like to talk about the AC system. Wall shingles on the exterior of the house need to be replaced.
Heating or cooling systems, Replace windows, Trim and molding, Electrical systems or lighting, Ceiling repair in two areas. Replace pull-down attic stairs. Reinsulate in attic above ceiling repairs.
