Tear out existing rotted deck boards, reinforce framing and replace framing that is rotted, clean out all roots underneath the decks for prevention of later problems from the roots, rebuild decks with new pre-treated deck boards. Finish by water sealant the decks. This was done for two decks and debris removal/haul off was included in the price.

Demoed two front rooms to rebuild walls and change the layout of the house; Build out of a closet with additional shoe room, bathroom remodel including changing the existing layout to a new layout, took out old bath and replaced with new tiled shower (custom insets and border with picture frame format), took out rotted floor below the existing tub and relaid, finished with a tiled floor and shelves; Re-framed and Hung new doors (pocket door and mirrored doors) and made thresholds and casings for doors; Driveway; tear out and re-pour and added flares at the end of the driveway 1800 sqft (4” thick reinforced 3500 psi concrete broom finish); Paint crown in bedroom to match new color of door Remove base caps, trim, take off existing chair rail, mud, sand and repaint throughout hallway, living room and bedrooms. Estimate also included demo/haul off fee and debris removal.
