He pisses behind trash and and buys dope in my complex

While it’s awful to see all the negative reviews, it’s good to see my negative experience validated. Be warned and see the consistencies it the negative reviews. I am 8 months pregnant and Leo saw no issue taking advantage and taking my hard owned money and doing an awful job that he didn’t rectify and didn’t even do the full job and wouldnt refund any of my money for the work he didn’t do. When I asked him to rectify this he got nasty with and also didn’t return any of calls or texts. He seemed to disappear when I realized how horrible the work was that he did and that he didn’t complete it. He charged me 5K to paint the upstairs of my house. The work they did was the work of amateurs. There was paint all over the light fixtures and floors, poor taping so there’s uneven lines and prior paint color shining through. He refused to refund me for what he didn't do so now I am suing him. I hope this review can save someone else a bad experience. Leo was Extremely rude and completely lied about the work they would do in the contract. He is rude and unprofessional and My suggestion is DO NOT USE THEM. Save yourself the headache and hard earned money.

Horrible contractor!! Very rude and doesn't know what he is doing. Do yourself a big favor and stay away from Leo. He is rude and his work is even worse

I recently hired Leo for a bathroom renovation job and did not have a pleasant experience. The job was not done well and on top of that Leo was extremely aggressive with us. The job was estimated to be 2 weeks and turned out to be 7 weeks. While the extended timeline did not bother me that much, it was his quality of work that is the most disappointing. The shower base seems to be installed without any reinforcement. We had pointed it out during the job that the base is flexing and we hear a squeaking and creaking sound. Leo said he will fix it before the job gets done but then he didn't do anything about it. We are now seeing the shower base separate from the wall because of the flexing. We've tried to contact him several times but no response. The tiles in the shower and not installed flush and looks very unprofessional. The recess lights he installed are buzzing. The bathroom exhaust fan he installed does not have the proper outlet as he promised. Leo takes 50% of the payment upfront so once he starts the demo work you are stuck with him. He claims to have done a very complicated plumbing job, I'm not contractor, so I can't verify. I would not recommend his services to anyone.
