Fast service, and good communication.

Even though, I feel, we overpaid for the service on 3/3/22, my biggest issue, is that Victor has not provided an invoice. He insisted on payment on date of work, but has not issued an invoice. A basic business practice!

Victor was quick to respond to our requests, and his team delivered topsoil on time and exactly as requested. His worked even offered to take away a load of brush we had cleared since he was here with the truck. Great service and value!

Terrible contractor. Victor showed up late, was short on materials and called to yell at me when I made payment to his business as listed on his invoice. We are out money and have to redo a lot of the work. Steer clear at all costs!

Cut so many corners in our sod installation that we will probably have to remove everything and start over again next year. Improperly prepped soil, no starter/fertilizer, ground graded/leveled towards house.

Victor has done the work with sods warranty but within that period sods started dying and he isn’t responding to any requests. It seems like a one time service for him.
