I paid Palmer Paint $650 for a custom door and never received the door and they stop answering their phone. I live in Chicago and have no hope of getting the door or my money. Got ripped off!!
Dishonest, will not honor or fulfill a contract. Difficult to communicate with. Doesn't honor her word and does poor quality work. Tried to get her to address these issues, kept our money and refuses to communicate with us! Beware!!
