Rental Unit Kitchen Remodel. Custom cabinetry, countertops, and backsplash. On the cabinets I sanded, primed, and applied 2 coats of epoxy paint. I installed a custom tile countertop, wrapped with solid oak routed edges that were stained and 5 coats of polyurethane applied. I then installed a custom tile backsplash. I patched and repaired drywall. Then the entire kitchen was then primed and painted 2 coats. Installed appliances.

One of my nicest looking wood restoration projects, refinishing an antique English sitting table and 4 chairs. I cleaned the antique raw wood with a wood cleaning agent, fine sanded the entire table and 4 chairs, applied staining sealer, fine sanded and sealed all with poly.

Installed new Italian porcelain tile floors, a pinwheel pattern. I removed the old tile with chipping hammer. I removed the toilet as well. I also installed a new supply hose, new wax ring seal, and new bolts. Installed new baseboards painted semi-gloss 2 coats.

I trimmed the solid 6 panel door to size. I then sanded smooth with an orbital sander, and hand sanded with fine grit. I applied pre stain to the entire door. I then applied stain, 2 coats, allowing proper dry time between. Then 4 coats of polyurethane were applied to all surfaces of the door, proper dry time between coats. I installed a new door stop trim set to the door frame, and mounted the new door, with new hinges, handle and padlock set, and ensure proper function and seal upon closure of door. I then installed a custom piece of plexi-glass to the interior bottom half of the door to prevent the customers small dogs from scratching the nice new door.

Installation of Crown molding in master suite with vaulted ceilings and custom ceiling pitch angles. I finish painted the crown molding with 2 coats of enamel. Installed with air gun, and all seams and nail holes caulked to finish.
