Rent Ready Repairs

Dishonest, will not honor or fulfill a contract. Difficult to communicate with. Doesn't honor her word and does poor quality work. Tried to get her to address these issues, kept our money and refuses to communicate with us! Beware!!

Porch.com does not stand behind their guarantee! !!!! BEWARE. Sound like you have guarantee, but they WILL NOT STAND BEHIND IT!! DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEM OR JENNIFER HILL, RENT READY REPAIRS! !! You will end up having to take your own legal action!!

Jennifer Hill of Rent Ready Repairs signed a contract with us to do alot of work in our condo. She never finished 2 of the jobs she was paid for, and did very poor workmanship on the others. She was paid in full and not only didn't complete the jobs, she didn't even start the deep cleaning so we can move back in She still has our money and refuses to communicate with me. . BEWARE: PORCH HAS LOTS OF LOOPHOLES AS FAR AS THEIR GUARANTEE ON WORK. Apparently Jennifer knew this, she never registered the Job through Porch, and had us pay her directly, again, she didn't run the credit card through Porch. This is the reason Porch gave us that their not honoring their guarantee . Better check what they DO COVER. There is ALOT that they don't cover even if your registered and pay through them!!! Check it out THOROUGHLY before you use either of them! You will probably end up getting ripped off, if they are the type of people to take our money, they'll take yours as well!
