Hi IAM Eric Droubay from Edmonds at our house 8514 Bowdoin way we expiranced a major plumbing problem and I was at my witts with it I received a number from a rental agency telling me to call professional plumbing Shane so I did and Shane took the time to listen to my frustration and that's when Shane shifted gears and assured us he will fix it. He not only took time and to fit us in the next day he was able to restore our plumbing back to normal in just two days .shane thankyou and your crew for the professionalism in restore our lives back to normal.i would like to give Shane a shout out for everything he did to restore our plumbing......yyyyoooo!!!! 3days before Christmas became worried about our plumbing down stairs I had tried to unclogged the toilet and was unseccesfull in doing so with a 100ft snake I remember I was given a number by a rental agency so I made the call and talked to Shane,he then listened to my frustration an that's when he assured me and that he was there the next day and it was a relief knowing that Shane took the time an understood my frustration that's when he shifted gears and assured us he will fix it ..an the job was completed in two days.i was amazed to see the professionalism that Shane and his crew did and fixed the problem in such short time. thank you Shane and your crew for putting our lives back to normal .I would like to give a shout out to Shane and crew for such a awsome job well done....yyyyoooo!!

If I can live more than 5 stars I would, Shane at professional plumbing is definitely dedicated to his craft with how professional, honest and how clean he is. Base on he’s experience he was able to complete on a rather large project in a matter of a few days rather than weeks as imagined. Thank you Shane we’ll be referring friends and family.
