Can't shut off, 2 sinks and 1 tub. I have new handles to replace existing (Delta to Delta) however when our handyman tried to replace them he could not make them work "straight" so he put old handles back on now those are not straight either and one handle will not shut off the water, we have to turn off under the sink. The other sink drips from one of the faucets so now we have one of those turned off under the sink as well.
