Conserva Irrigation of Central Jersey

I received a flyer from Conserva Irrigation of Central Jersey last fall for winterization. I used them to winterize 3 of my properties with lawn sprinklers. I found out when they came back to turn on for the Spring, that on 2 of the 3 properties I had 2 back flow preventers cracked from freezing as well as numerous underground lines had burst/ruptured and quite a few sprinkler heads were also cracked. All the damage at 2 different locations was synonymous with water in lines/heads that expanded when we had freezing temperatures. All 3 properties were winterized on the same day by the company's same technician. They did an inadequate job blowing out the lines and heads in the fall. Their technician had shown me all the places where I had leaks and quoted me a very high price to repair for the 2 properties. I could not understand how so much damage could have happened. Their technician had the audacity to blame my landscaper weed wacker, when all the damage was below ground! I contacted another company for a second opinion and I reached out the admin at Conserva to tell them the damage was caused by improper winterization. I also told her that mistakes can happen but a company should stand behind their mistakes and not look to profit on their shoddy work. Had they at least apologized and offered to repair the damage at cost, I would have understood and agreed. The admin Christine who answered the phones at Conserva promised the owner Chris would get back to me, but he never did. I called and emailed a few times but to no avail. I would not recommend this company for winterization or repairs as I found another company to fix the damage they caused at half the price they wanted from me, for their mistakes.

We contacted CIOCJ to fix some heads in our irrigation system . Good Company they solved the issues with some broken and leaking heads as well as change to a better spot to irrigation be more efficient. With the other problem we had in one zone it was complicated that seems, the technician gave us alternatives how to be fix in the future. Good thing about this company is they care about your concerns. The majority of the others companies are always running to the next appointment. My only suggestion would be better instead of sending 1 technician for a big lote with 9 zones sent 2 in order to don’t get overwhelmed.

Edwin, the technician, was great. He explained everything thoroughly, repaired our system, and inspected it for problems. I very much appreciate his courtesy and professionalism. I will definitely be hiring conserva irrigation again!
