Did not fully complete the project.

we thought he was very knowledgable and found extra work in replacing our window and as rotting underneath. We did give him a down payment and it was promised for 2 weeks and it is now 6 weeks and the job is not finished and we can not contact him.

Quality of work was ok, but very slow to complete job. Did a few other jobs for us besides the garage door opener. We had to stay on him to finish job and continually wanted more money to complete.

The first HVAC business I called delayed, delayed again, then never showed and stopped returning my calls. YBDHC (Dan) showed up on time AND on very short notice and was very knowledgeable. I will be keeping him in mind for any further HVAC calls.

Dan does not come across as a slick salesman but he knows what he is doing and does a good job. I have worked with Dan on numerous projects. (ps...I never give anyone 5 stars)
