We hired Keith and his team to run a french drain and install a pump. The company required a 50% deposit in advance, which we paid. They canceled on us 3 times. When we finally threatened to cancel the job they agreed to come, however again he showed up 3 hours late. The team working was obviously experienced, but the ownership and service are terrible. Ultimately they left the job unfinished. We withheld $200 to ensure they returned and we haven't heard from them since. Use someone else. Any positive reviews have to be bogus.
