Referred by a friend. The "owner" Quinn gave my husband and I a quote of $560 after he did a walk thru of our home we were moving from. We only wanted large furniture and items moved. The movers that came were friendly however unprepared. They forgot tools and had to do a third trip to get our washer, so they could stop at one of their houses to grab the tool (which they charged us for) They emptied the water from the base of my son's basketball hoop and left it standing upright next to my car after being told if the did this they would need to lay it flat. Subsequently the hoop fell on top of my car and caused $2200 in damages. They then put together my 10 year old sons Loft bed incorrectly. They placed the bolts and did not place the locking nuts!!! The bed collapsed during the night with my son in it!!! Thank god he wasn't injured but obviously scared since he was asleep at the time. We found the nuts at our old house sitting on the window sill. The bed is destroyed so another $500 out the window. We called, texted, and sent videos to the owner, Quinn. He responded ONE time. He did not offer a solution at all. He said he would look into it. After not hearing from him we tried contacting him again and now he is completely ignoring all of our calls and text messages. After further digging this "company" does not have a business license so obviously doesn't have insurance to cover damages if they occur. These people rent Uhaul trucks and move people's belongings. I used them after a friend gave a referral and in the end was screwed over by incompetent people. We are now looking to a lawyer to redeem our damages. Do not use this "company" poor service all the way around!

Responded to one of the ads they had posted to have some light yard work done. I called and made arrangements with the owner. He said he would text me more info and didn't until I requested this info again. Then he sent it. We booked an appointment for the services. Then on the time and day they were supposed to complete the work he didnt call and never showed up at the appointment. I texted him to see if he was running late and then he said he'd had car trouble and that he couldn't make it. Then he said he was trying to find a partner who could come over. then asked to reschedule the appointment and thanked us for being patient and understanding. Then on the rescheduled time and day that the owner requested - they never showed up, never called, and never responded to any messages we left. And they have still not ever shown up to complete the work. As a small business owner myself- this is absolutely not the way to grow your business! Communication with these guys was terrible, follow through absent, and they've left me to think that they are just supremely unprofessional and don't care about doing quality work or actually doing any work at all.

Quinn and his Wife came by this morning, on his day off to complete my project. We had hired him to maintain the flower beds and remove some old plants that had died last year. They started to work in the back yard and before I even noticed they were almost done with the back in little or not time. The front yard was a bit larger but not problem for them, I mean it was done in a matter of a few hours. Great job and would recommend him for all needed handy work around the house or yard.
