Bathroom Remodel | Jun 2013 | Gutted bathroom completely. Bathroom sat unused for 8 years. Built custom walk-in shower into floor joists, no step. Installed fold-up teak bench and custom shower heads. Used 3 layers of waterproofing at customer's request. Installed radiant heating in floor. Installed floor to ceiling porcelain tile in bathroom. In shower installed glass mosaic tile. New fan, new lighting. Customer wanted to salvage old cabinet so we customized that for the customer and re-installed it. Replaced toilet. Deck Replacement | Oct 2013 | Removed existing deck. Rebuilt new deck included framing and support posts. 9ft x 36ft long, also continued about 12 ft around the side of the house. Repainted entire exterior of home including windows and decking. Rebuilt entire front porch. The porch had columns that were original to the home, those were salvaged.
