Big Bend Appliance Service

This a scam. I put in a home warranty claim for our range FOUR MONTHS AGO, he refuses to answer his phone or communicate in any way. He will respond to the warranty company, however, and lies to them. Complete waste of time, clearly a scam artist who is somehow on the list of ‘contractors’ for several home warranty companies. If you are assigned this guy (it’s just one guy) decline and get a real contractor. I believe his name is Ryan and he needs to be prosecuted, imo. PLEASE AVOID AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE

I found Ryan to be very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He has great communication skills, returning calls and showing up when expected. After dealing with another company for months without success, I contacted Big Bend. Ryan returned the call promptly to schedule an appointment. On the morning of the appointment, he called to let me know he was on the way and then arrived right on time. He listened as I described the symptoms and immediately diagnosed the problem. The repair was completed on that same visit, and the fridge is running great. After 8 months of problems, it's really nice to have everything working the way it should. I highly recommend Big Bend and will definitely use them going forward.

I would not recommend this company to no one. I had a scheduled service call on my washer and no one came or showed up. I have called and left messages and no response.

This appliance company was assigned to my service call by American Home Shield in NOVEMBER, to date they have still not returned my phone calls, came to the house to complete the repair, however they have marked the service call as in process and parts on order. I have heard nothing but bad things from 2 other people who have had to deal with this company. I would never recommend them to anyone.
