I had a terrible experience dealing with this company for the removal of my boss’s rental furniture. Driver didn’t call ahead and I was told they were going to leave because they couldn’t wait to get into the building. Mind you I was 10 minutes away- and they never called me to tell me they were on the way. When I talked to a lady at their office, I was told that it was MY PROBLEM, and they don’t do call aheads. Even though when they dropped off the furniture they called ahead and were told to by paysmart. The driver just didn’t do it and did not call paysmart either. Usually companies try to resolve issues- rather than just throw their hands up in the air and blame you for their driver’s terrible communication. Completely unprofessional office staff to handle these phone calls. I was met with rudeness and was just yelled at. I would give zero stars if I could. Has to be a terrible place if that’s the employees you have handling customer service phone calls. Very scary to have that kind of morale in an office! Use any other furniture rental company rather than this one. Save yourself the headache and from dealing with the short tempered employees that work here
