We offer a FREE service call and diagnostic with any flat-rate repair. Which means we will come out and tell you what's wrong and give you a total price to fix entire job. You will receive a trusted, in-depth evaluation of your home's comfort system. Invoice detail is typed out on iPad and emailed to you by via .pdf at conclusion of our visit. Or, we will shake hands and part as friends, collect a service call fee of $39.95 for the trip out to the property. This fee will cover incidentals incurred with dispatching the service technician to your home.
