Hello and thank you for taking the time to look at my page. I would like to start by introducing myself, my name is Tim Rice. I have been doing construction for over 17 years and by far enjoy what I do and love getting up and going to work every day, as not many people can say that. I enjoy working with my hands and have a passion for doing what I love to do on a daily basis. Being able to have the satisfaction of seeing the client happy, as well as standing back and seeing the final product and knowing it is something the client will enjoy for years to come, is very rewarding. I take a lot of pride in my craftsmanship down to the smallest detail. I like to make my final product at the end of a project look crisp and clean as if it was work I would do on my own house, as my number one goal is to make sure the client is 110% satisfied with the work performed on their house. If there is something I do not like, I don't wait for the customer to notice, I take it apart and make it look like it's suppose to look, up to my standards. I am very meticulous with the way my work looks at the end of the project, as it is something the client will see for as long as they live in the home and I want them to be able to enjoy it for a long time.
