We would though, like to make special mention of one of your employees, Mr. Kelly Chong We initially accepted three bids for the job, yours being included in that process. Kelly was knowledgeable, professional and extremely personable throughout. Bet of special note was his determination to make sure we remained informed and were counseled fairly of all of our options. Commendable for sure, but he went further. He visited during the installation process, and when glitches surfaced, he worked through each and every one, consistently striving to meet our needs. In the end we have been rewarded with a great system, but more so, we have found a trusted friend in Kelly Chong.
