Valentine Roofing

I had appointments in August and September to have someone come out to look at gutters after last February's snow damaged them because of the new metal roof done a year earlier. I had requested a repair estimate and possible solutions to prevent reoccurrence. On the scheduled day each time no one from Valentine showed or called me. I wasting my whole day waiting for them. After the 2nd no show I called them to speak with the owner and was told he would get back to me in a couple of days. A week later I called again and left a 2nd message requesting a return call. Several days later a manager called me to say the owner does not talk to customers. I have not heard from them since. I also have an annual service contract them for my new roof and gutters. I guess I'm out of luck now and plan to clean and repair my gutters on my own.

Gutters were replaced - a partial replacement. The installer was completely responsive to my requests, and this was not an easy job for him; he had to - single handedly - somehow move a 40 foot piece up over my roof ridge and neatly into place. He also handled my request for revision to the planned downspout location, and did an excellent job with that. A fine job!

Valentine Roofing is a TEAM player. Starting with the sales team, the scheduling team the installation team and the support team, all working together and did a wonderful job.

We had a gutter fall off in a snow storm and Valentine came and repaired it quickly and did an amazing job. Great communication and pricing. Would highly recommend.
