Owens Painting and Construction Inc. was founded by Ron Owens in Reno, NV in 1982. Our business began as a full-service painting company specializing in hotels, casinos, and residential homes. The business was later moved to Tacoma, WA where we have received painting bids for banks, hotels, retail, and custom homes. In 1990 we began incorporating remodels in our list of services. Our list of customers include Bank of America, Freighthouse Square, and 1100 other customers from Blaine, WA to Beaverton, OR.
