Active Appliances

Horrible service! DO NOT USE THEM!! Find another repair company. Wrong diagnosis, bad customer service, refused to research further. If I could give them minus zero stars I would. The technician told me my oven needed a new circuit board then told the home warranty that I "abused" my oven? Really? And all I called for was because the self cleaning option wasn't working! It's obvious their technicians don't know what they're doing and just make up a false diagnosis to get paid and close the claim without doing any work. Run the other way!

If you want someone to steal your money and not show any empathy when they do and then not help you whatsoever, then you definitely want to go with Active Appliances. One month without working appliances and all they have to say is, 'we're sorry, it happens all the time'. Then they order the wrong part and continue to say, 'it happens all the time' even though the recorded message says they get it right the first time. And their customer service has no empathy or caring whatsoever to the fact you're trying to feed your children out of a ice cooler with rapidly spoiling food. They could not care less and they very much act like it.
