We have been installing generators since 1990 and take pride in being the only Generac Premiere Dealer in California and a Kohler Industrial Dealer. When we install a generator we cover everything from start to finish. We offer propane back-up tanks, remote monitoring systems and maintenance programs for all of our generators.

I dealt directly with Lenny Tedeski, who came to my house. When he was done looking around after about 45 minutes he gave me an estimate for $36,000 and change to install a generator and an extra $9000 and change for to 120 gallon propane tanks installed. I gave him $1000 deposit and he promised that me it would be done in two weeks. The next day after they cashed the deposit check someone called the mother of my children and told her it was going to be 4 to 6 weeks but that they would try to do us a favor and get it done in three. I told them that that didn’t work for me that I didn’t negotiate the price which I believed to to have been grossly inflated and so I’m not going to negotiate the time that was promised. Instead of calling me to work it out or at the very least apologize and return the deposit. Lenny never bothered to apologize or offer to work it out BUT kept the deposit.... I checked the unit that they were selling me a 27 kW Generac generator, on Generac’s website is $10,999. Then they needed another part (for sale at Home Depot for $2645 that was a 400 amp 120/240 V single phase no breaker) And to load shell modules for 120 bucks each. That’s under 14 grand. They charged me over $36,000 for this? 22 grand to install a generator? Dealing with Another company I was told by the owner that a 27 kW generator is commercial grade and that 22 kW generators are used for 10,000 square-foot homes… I have a 3500 square-foot home, so I guess I was upsold in addition to the price gouging because evidently that wasn’t enough. The difference in the two units was $5000. Oh and remember the $9000 for the two 120 gallon propane tanks? $419 each… That’s for 200 gallon propane tanks so I assume 120 gallon propane tanks will be cheaper. Does it really cost $8000 to install two propane tanks? I would stay away from these folks.
