I hired GWP Services to design and install a pool and hot tub in my backyard. I worked with Ofer, Julian and Sam. I am very happy with how the pool and hot tub turned out and the overall process. There were some delays due to permits bureaucracy, but what I appreciated most was that the team was always very communicative. I was never left in the dark as to what was happening. Because of the delays, it took a little longer than I would have liked, but in the end it was worth it for the quality of the product and the great customer service.

We are very happy with the new pool that was designed at our house few months ago. We typically dont post our personal opinions about companies... But OFer and his team are worth this review.

Wow this business has been trying to fix an issue for over a year. They always make appointments but the service people come on random days which makes fixing the issue (inside my home) impossible. Very disorganized scheduling. I just want my LED light fixed and we can all go on our way, how hard is that?
