Wilds Home Improvement

Go to Court and file charges. Update: The Charles County District Court has placed Wilds Home Improvements on notice they are not going to allow him to prey on Maryland State citizens. They awarded me a judgement for the return of all my money. Mr. Wilds was placed on the STET Docket for Selling Home Improvements without a License and acting like a Contractor. He is currently due in Charles County Court because he's driving on a suspended license and the company truck is un-registered. Check the court records. You can't let him keep preying on Maryland State citizens.

Don't trust him. He never finished a job that we (my partner and I) had a contract on and owes us over 2K. We now have to take him to court which is a headache and total waste of time since I am sure he has several judgments already filed against him. We even offered a payment plan to give back the money he owes from never finishing the contract. No response but I'm sorry. So unprofessional. Reaching out on Social Media as a last attempt. Wish us luck.

Don't Trust. He took the site plans off the site. It's been over a year that I paid half the balance and the deck is still not complete. Now have to go to court to get money back. The deck is already starting to split and the project is not complete.
