MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH ANY CONTRACTOR AND/OR BUSINESS!!!!! I SAY GO ELSEWHERE!!! After entering into a contractual agreement to Gap fund a design project with ATTENTION TO DETAIL OWNER/OPERATOR JAMES "Jimmy" BRENT of WALDORF, MD, I've found him to be dishonest, without integrity, and lacking true professionalism despite any smooth talk and/or promises of completion and follow through. He remains in default of monies due to me and now refuses to answer the phone, initiate a call, return calls, and respond to text regarding payment as an initial $5000 investment has now accrued to $7250 with interest and soon to be 4 months in arrears. Yet he continues to post his latest and greatest works via social media and even stated that he's "always looking for new investors". Ready to trust him with your money or down payment to renovate your biggest investment in life?? WELL GOOD LUCK!!! BETTER CHECK BBB FIRST!! WHEN PEOPLE SHOW YOU WHO THEY ARE, BELIEVE EM!!!!

DON'T DO IT!!!!! The difference between my loaning ATTENTION TO DETAIL DESIGN & BUILD OWNER JAMES "Jimmy" BRENT money to gap fund a design project and setting it on fire??? Asolutely None!! After relentless promoting and calling me for the loan, it's now many months past due and suddenly his phone doesn't work! He doesn't answer the phone or return calls or text. He's not initiated communication about repayment. And he even stated months ago that he'd send the money right over and .......CRICKETS!! James and his subcontractors created two rooms in our unfinished basement. The work was excellent on budget and on time. James was very personable as were the contractors. I took one star off because of some minor scheduling issues but overall ATD did a wonderful job and I would definitely work with them again in the future.

We suffered 2 back to back floods in our basement due to power outages. ATD came in and went right to work. We are grateful and satisfied.
