Have had line snaked maybe 5 times in 18 months weve owned the home. Have a cast iron joint below downstairs tub that were told is the problem. If this is what needs to be replaced concrete will have to be taken out. Also used to have a tree in the front yard that pipe goes by to sewer that has been suspected to possibly be the problem.
