By education I am a Registered Nurse. I worked in the CVOR for 11 years at The University Of Maryland Medical Center. After my daughter turned (3), I went back to just (3) 12 hour shifts. Well I was very bored so I started rehabbing decks, and with my personality of being a perfectionist I found I had more work request than I could handle.... | Complete bathroom gut, removal of exterior wall, reframed, "Wedi" custome shwer designed | Oct 2017 | Client was referred to me by a previous customer for water pooling in the middle of there shower basin. After further investigation a much greater problem was identified. The whole exterior of the house was compromised due too water damage. This had to be a ongoing problem for atleast 15-20 year's. This lead to having the while back side of the house structuraly rebuilt and supported for there where no header boards used when the house was constructed and the integrity of the roof trusses was being seriously compromised. Furthermore, I re-framed the exterior wall and guted and redesigned the entire bathroom with all updated materials and products. The clients could not be of more satisfied with the professionalism and quality of craftsmanship performed by JMH Contracting LLC "A Square Above The Rest" | $10k | Potomac, MD |
