Very surprised based on his prior reviews but Carlos was a no show for my project today. When reached out 30 minutes after he was supposed to arrive he replied back 15 minutes later stating he could not make it today and would come tomorrow. When I said it was not ok he proceeded to imply when we agreed this past Wednesday he would be here Friday that it was next Friday and not today.

His third job for me was complete demo and new tile/vanity/hardware for master bath. Very difficult to remove all tile, but re-installation was very skillful...even though his lead tile man spoke minimal English, making communication difficult, including explanation of what we wanted. But Carlos dropped in daily and then did the finish/carpentry work. Gave me a very good labor cost and I suspect the job took longer than he estimated, using 2 to 3 workers most of 8 days. Also threw in some nice extra touches like framing the mirror.

His second job for me was removing tile/paneling from wall and installing new ceramic tile to cover wall surrounding fireplace plus raised hearth/bench. Gave a labor estimate of $500 with me buying materials. Completed the job quickly and beautifully. Very satisfied.

Carlos installed two medicine cabinets and three ceiling fans for me. This clean cut workman arrived and went right to work. He worked until all the work was completed and didn't even take a break. All the items met my expectations and he cleaned up after himself. I would definitely hire him again!
