Bill was recommended by another appliance repair person we already knew and trusted. He has been very helpful, quick, efficient and skilled. He is also very friendly, personable and willing to teach in the areas of his expertise. The first time we contacted him, he talked us out of an appointment because he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and knew that the necessary replacement part was no longer available.
