Westwood Pool Company

About three weeks ago our above ground 15 x 30 pool collapsed from the rust that had developed. It left water and debris all over our lawn and even on our neighbors. We use the pool all the time and so wanted a replacement. I called several companies and either got a negative response or a very expensive estimate. In some cases the company did not install only sell. When I went to Westwood Pool I noted that we had purchased our last pool (the one that fell apart) from the company. They immediately looked it up and found our receipt from 17 years ago. A few hours later the great rep called and told us she could get us a pool and have it installed in two weeks. The company crew came and took down our old pool in one day and then the next crew came and installed the new pool in two days. We were swimming the next day. We are most pleased with the representatives in the store who worked with us, the demolition team, and the installers. All were professional, helpful, responsive and respectful of our needs. In addition, the work is done by the company, and the price is reasonable. Glad we have been going back after the first purchase 17 years ago.
