  | Contemporary Spanish Revival | Oct 2021 | EZ Plans transformed a 1920’s Spanish-style bungalow sandwiched between apartment buildings in Santa Monica into a mid-century modern contemporary private urban oasis. The owners required single-story indoor/outdoor living. Their property has a steep down slope but they wished to access their pool and outdoor kitchen on the same level as their living space. This was a tall order involving Coastal Commission approval and strict planning and building code requirements from the City of Santa Monica.
