We removed the existing 48" shower unit and enlarged the space to accommodate a 60" shower unit, using Onyx Collection shower base, panels, niches, and seat. We also used Moen, oil rubbed bronze shower and vanity faucet fixtures. Kraftmaid cabinetry was used for the vanity and a quartz counter top with an integrated sink. We installed a new GFCI receptacle, a new Broan fan/light combo for the exhaust, and new vanity lighting as well. We also retro-fitted a dresser mirror over the new vanity that matched the vanity very well...We used Valspar paint for the ceiling and walls...We used Armstrong Luxury Vinyl Tiles for the flooring...

Replaced the vanity and top in both the kid's bathroom and the double vanity and top in the master bathroom. We also replaced the valves for the vanities and the toilet valves as well with new quarter turn ball type valves. We installed GFCI receptacles in both bathrooms, and installed new vanity lighting in the master bath. We also installed two new round mirrors in the master. The new tops were quartz with integrated sinks in them and we also used Delta fixtures for the new faucets.

Arnie's Home Improvements Demo'ed this kitchen, repaired the walls where old tile backsplash material was removed, installed the new American Woodmark Cabinetry, then installed the floating vinyl flooring system. Eastern Surfaces then came in and templated and installed the granite counter tops. Arnie's then installed the subway tile back splash, under cabinet lighting, then installed the chimney style range hood, the sink, faucet, disposer, and dishwasher, new gas range, converted from electric. re-used the customer's refrigerator. The customer painted and we were finished.

We removed everything except the fiberglass tub/shower because it was in very good shape and conserved some cost. Demo included removing the existing vinyl flooring including the underlayment. We then added new Sureply underlayment with 12 X 12 vct floor tiles. Installed a new Kohler toilet, an Allen & Roth vanity and top, with new brushed nickel sink faucet, and shower and tub faucet, along with a double curtain rod, t/p holder, towel bar and floating shelf and new surface mount medicine cabinet and light fixture. New Valspar paint throughout, eggshell on the ceiling, satin on the walls and semi gloss on the door and trim.
