Mike is a good salesman however the pattern is over promise and under deliver. Mine was a large project, rubber roof, shingles, bathroom remodel, siding etc... Most of his crew had no idea what they were doing, the constant repairs I've made are proof. The rubber roof, less than a year after the install had the first six feet loose and blown up over the other roof, I used roofing nails along the outer edge to hold it down. The rubber roof was also cut away from the edge of the roof allowing water to run underneath, I've started repairing with rubber tape and rubber roof paint. In two places the siding has come loose, one area that was cut looks like it was a school shop project it's that crooked. The new GFI receptacle made me loose power in the one bedroom, apparently he did not know the difference between "load" and "line" for the AC, I rewired and got power back. I've saved the best for last, I still have water coming in and last week identified the cause, the new overhang they installed leans back towards the house, that coupled with the new spouting they left a gap in is sending water right in through the overhang. I have not contacted them directly on these errors as it was so poor my first thought was to never have that crew back for anything short of changing a light bulb. They are welcome to contact me however if interested, I do not expect that to happen as they've already cashed those checks.

I had my kitchen done and also. Another room added on.. wow the work looks like it should be in a magazine.. Mike key is a real proffesional..He takes the time to walk me through the process...his employee's are very good.and respectful.. but the best part is Mike's prices.I feel like I took advantage.of hin...funny but so true. I am reccomending CCM to all my friends and family..... Thanks Mike Key

The most Unqualified people, and the worst professionalism of any business I have ever dealt with. The job that was suppose to be done was not done right because Mike and his so called lead man has no idea what he is doing and is just as bad as his boss. Mike was called,and he was rude and arrogant and hung up on me. Mike says he guarrantees all his work 100% but does not stand behind his work. This company needs to be put out of business. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
