I hired Anthony (Mia Mia Home Improvement) to remodel a small 9-1/2' x 4-1/2' full bath on July 17th, 2020 with work commencing on the Monday, July 20th. It’s now August 25th, 2020 and work on this project is still incomplete with Anthony not paying any attention to details. I even went as far as helping to acquire items and details missed. Anthony has damaged items with less than satisfactory fixes. I have constantly pointed out incomplete work or better ways to finish and terminate work. I made a punch-list with markers to show where work needed repaired and mostly what he did was to remove the markers without fixing the issues. He was paid what he asked but still leaves a incomplete 13 item punch-list that I may have to pay a new contractor to fix.
